Royal Wootton Bassett Town is seeking a volunteer to serve as Club Development Officer on its Executive Committee.

The key objective of the role is to identify and deliver football training programmes within the club's coaching team.

The Club Development Officer will also be tasked with supporting and building links with local schools, other FA Charter Standard clubs, the Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association and its other member clubs

It is essential that individuals interested in the role are good working in a team, have the ability to produce strategic documents, work plans and to meet deadlines, possess sound communication skills and be prepared to volunteer time at evenings and weekends as required.

Those interested should also ideally possess a proven track record in football / sports development and possess an understanding of football development initiatives introduced by The Football Association.
