House is a solid shotstopper who will be looking to make the step up to first team football this season after a number of years with the club’s Development side. House made his senior football debut in 2017-18 with Bremhill in the Wiltshire Senior League. He joined Bassett a season later and would feature primarily for the Development team until 2020-21. After a two year spell away from Bassett, he returned to the club in 2023-24, splitting time between playing out on pitch and in goal. Last season House’s performances earned him the Development team’s Players’ Player of the Year prize. He has made four Men’s First Team appearances, including three in 2024-25.

Sandys-Lumsdaine is an imposing goalkeeper who joins Bassett this season. He is a player who spent time with Hungerford Town and Swindon Town as a youth, but who has mostly played senior football at a District League level. Sandys-Lumsdaine also has a background in rugby, representing Newbury.

Noah Cranswick-Coates Headshot

A product of Bassett’s youth section, Cranswick-Coates is a talented defender who made his Men’s First Team debut last season. He was a member of the Bassett Under 18s teams who finished runners-up in the Wiltshire League Floodlit Division in both 2022-23 and 2023-24, captaining the side in the latter of those years and winning Manager’s Player of the Year. In 2023-24 Cranswick-Coates was also a member of the Swindon Town Foundation C6 team that won the Community and Education Football Alliance Cup. He made his Bassett Men’s First Team debut last season, featuring seven times in all while making one start in a Floodlit Cup tie against Didcot Town Development. Cranswick-Coates also featured for Fairford Town Under 18s in 2024-25, helping them win the South West Counties Youth League and earning the team’s Manager’s Player of the Year prize.

McNally is a a tough tackling, technical defender who joins Bassett this season. A player capable of playing at either left back or centre half, he arrives from Hungerford Town. McNally started his senior career with Cirencester Town, featuring for the Centurions’ Development team in 2021-22 and 2022-23 in Hellenic League Division One while also making a single cup appearance for their first team. In 2023-24 McNally featured ten time for Malmesbury Victoria in their Hellenic League Division One promotion winning campaign. He then began last season with Cirencester before spending most of the campaign with Hungerford Under 23s. McNally helped the Crusaders’ side to a league and cup double in the Suburban League, scoring four goals in 24 appearances. He also made his Hungerford first team debut against eventual Southern League Premier Division South champions Merthyr Town.

Messenger is a talented young defender who joins Bassett this season from Chippenham Town Academy. Capable of playing either at centre half or right back, Messenger featured heavily for Chippenham’s Under 19 side over the last two seasons. While with the Bluebirds, Messenger made one first team appearance in last year’s Wiltshire Premier Shield quarter final encounter against Bassett. In 2023-24 he had a brief loan spell with Western League side Bishop Sutton. He then spent the 2024-25 campaign on loan at Devizes Town in Western League Division One, making 45 appearances as Devizes finished third. While with Devizes Messenger’s excellent performances earned him a Players’ Player and Young Player of the Year award double.

Smith is a highly talented young full back who has come through the Bassett youth system. Smith was a standout performer for the Development team in 2024-25, his first year of senior football. Featuring 25 times for Mark Simpkins’ side, Smith scored one goal and was named the club’s Young Player of the Year. He also made his Men’s First Team debut as a substitute against Hereford Pegasus in October and would go on to feature a further five times from the bench.

Voller is an experienced centre half who joins Bassett this season from Kintbury Rangers. He is a player who boasts prior Hellenic League Premier Division experience having featured for Thatcham Town in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons. Voller’s performances earned him the Kingfishers’ Young Player of the Year award. He spent three years with Newbury from 2021-22 to 2023-24, helping them achieve success in Hellenic League Division Two and Thames Valley Premier League. Last season Voller helped Kintbury to the Wiltshire Senior League title, appearing 22 times while scoring four goals.

Alves is a young, technically gifted and highly talented central midfielder who joins Bassett this season after returning from a long term injury. A natural leader and very positive player who always looks for his team to be on the front foot, he will captain Bassett this season. Born in Portugal, Alves is a product of Chippenham Town's academy. He has Southern League experience too, having featured prominently for Highworth Town in their 2022-23 Division One Central campaign, while also boasting brief spells with North Leigh and Evesham United.

A player who spent time in Southampton's Academy as a youth, Hayward is also currently a member of Chippenham Town's Academy. He was a part of Chippenham's Academy side who recently won the Copa Catalunya tournament, scoring in the final and earning Chippenham's Player of the Tournament prize.

Over the past couple of seasons he has featured for the Swindon Town Foundation C6 team - including the 2023-24 side that won the Community and Education Football Alliance Cup - and Fairford Town Under 18s. Hopkins also made a single Hellenic League appearance for Fairford in 2023-24.

Like brother Marcel, Lewis came through Bassett's youth section and rejoins the club this season. He is a direct, competitive and forward thinking central midfielder who also brings plenty of creativity. After featuring in Bassett's youth section Lewis was then a member of Chippenham Town's academy and possesses Southern League experience. In 2023-24, after a brief spell with North Leigh, he made a half dozen appearances for Melksham Town. Lewis started last season with Westbury United before joining Corsham Town - where he played 13 times, scoring three goals. He then finished the campaign back in the Southern League with Cribbs. Lewis made a single Men's First Team appearance with Bassett in 2021-22.

A product of Bassett's youth section, Lewis is an explosive, energetic and exciting young winger who rejoins the club this season alongside his brother Otis. A relentless player, on his day he is a nightmare to defend against. After his time with Bassett, Lewis joined Chippenham Town's academy. Lewis' strong performances there saw him elevated to Chippenham's first team squad on numerous occasions, and across the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons he featured seven times for the National League South Bluebirds. Lewis also made a half dozen appearances for Southern League Melksham Town in 2023-24 and spent most of last season with Westbury United, scoring three goals in 23 games. He previously had a brief loan spell with Bassett, featuring twice in 2021-22.

Parry-Williams is a highly talented central midfielder who joins Bassett this seasons. A player who came through Calne Town’s youth system and a member of their successful Under 18 Floodlit League team, he made his debut in senior football in 2022-23, featuring four times for Calne’s first team and eight times for their Reserve side. A season later Parry-Williams featured 34 times for Calne in Hellenic League Division before splitting time last season between Corsham Town and Slimbridge in the Hellenic Premier.

Skittrall is a promising young midfielder who is looking to establish himself with Bassett’s Men’s First Team after shining for the club’s Under 18 Floodlit and Development teams. Skittrall first featured for Bassett in 2023-24, scoring twice and providing a handful of assists as he played a key role to help the Under 18s finish runners-up in the Wiltshire League Floodlit Division. He also made his Development team debut that year. Skittrall began last season with the Men’s First Team and made his debut at home against Mangotsfield United. He made a further appearance for Cirencester Town before moving to Brimscombe and Thrupp with who he featured 14 times. Sktitrall also played eight times for Bassett’s Development team in 2024-25, scoring a single goal.

A strong, powerful central midfielder, Sykes joins Bassett this season. He has featured for a range of teams, plying his trade at steps five and six of the non league pyramid for most of his career, with spells for Binfield, Milton United, Windsor, Woodley United and AFC Aldermaston. Sykes also gained Southern League experience while with Wantage Town.

A Chippenham Town Academy graduate, Taylor made his First Team debut for the Bluebirds last season as a substitute in the Wiltshire Premier Shield quarter final tie against Bassett. Taylor gained Hellenic League Premier Division experience too, making 11 appearances for Cirencester Town, scoring once. He was also a key part of Chippenham’s Under 19 squad last season, scoring nine goals in 20 matches as his team finished fourth in the National Football Youth League South Premier Division.

Effective out wide and through the centre of midfield, Teshome is an exciting youngster who joins Bassett this season. He was a key player at Hellenic League Premier Division rivals Cirencester Town last season, scoring four goals in 31 appearances. Teshome broke into senior football in the Wiltshire League with Purton in 2021-22 before moving to Calne Town a season later. While playing primarily for their Reserves, he featured sparingly for Calne’s first team side in Hellenic League Division One. Teshome split 2023-24 between Calne and Highworth Town’s reserve teams before beginning last year with Wroughton ahead of joining Cirencester.

Anderson is a forward who joins Bassett this season after a number of successful seasons playing in the Wiltshire Senior League. He has previous Hellenic League Premier Division experience, having played 11 times for Calne Town in 2021-22. That season he also netted 19 times in just 16 games for Calne's Reserve side. After briefly featuring for Devizes Town in 2022-23, Anderson joined Wroughton. In 2023-24 he scored two goals in 15 games before netting eleven goals in 23 appearances last season.

Bohane is a vastly experienced centre forward who returns to Bassett this season. An unselfish, hard-working player who is strong in the air and an assured finisher, Bohane has enjoyed a prolific career. After breaking through into senior football with Shrivenham, he has spent most of his career with Highworth Town, playing a key role in their run to the 2014-15 FA Vase semi final, while also having spells in the Southern League with Swindon Supermarine and Shortwood United. Bohane enjoyed significant success in two seasons with Bracknell Town, scoring 78 times as they finished as Hellenic League Premier Division runners-up in 2016-17 and 2017-18. He then joined Bassett, scoring 37 goals across three seasons, including 20 in 2018-19. Bohane has been playing for Cricklade Town over the past couple of years, guiding their Veterans team to consecutive league titles. However he is now back for another crack at step five football.

Cleary is a promising young striker who joins Bassett this season from last season’s Wiltshire League Premier Division runners-up Letcombe. A player who has scored at all levels he has played at so far, Cleary will be looking to make his mark at step five. He finished as Letcombe’s leading scorer – and the third top scorer in the Wiltshire League - last season as he netted 28 times in 38 games. Prior to joining Letcombe, Cleary featured for Swindon Supermarine Development. He scored eight times in 13 games as Supermarine won Hellenic League Division Two South in 2022-23 before registering 13 times in 22 appearances a season later.

Hopkins is a highly talented young forward who re-joins Bassett after a brief spell at Fairford Town. Hopkins enjoyed a hugely impressive season with Bassett last year, scoring six goals and providing numerous assists in 45 appearances as he went on to earn the club's Young Player of the Year award. Hopkins initially joined Bassett from Shrivenham where he was a standout player in their 2023-24 Wiltshire League Premier Division campaign, finishing as joint top scorer with 12 goals in 24 games. The forward has also enjoyed success with the Swindon Town Foundation’s C6 team, based at Commonweal School. Featuring for them across three seasons, in 2023-24 he was part of the Swindon team that finished runners-up in South East Division One and won the Community and Education Football Alliance Cup - where Hopkins earned Player of the Match honours in the final.

Peachey-Score is a forward who joins Bassett this season. Boasting a prolific goal scoring record in the Wiltshire Senior League over the past few seasons, he will be seeking to make his mark in step five football. Over the past three seasons with Wroughton he has featured in the top three Wiltshire League scorers. He claimed the 2022-23 Golden Boot, scoring 30 times in 26 games before adding 31 goals in 29 appearances in 2023-24 and 29 goals in 31 matches last year. Peachey-Score began his senior career with Cricklade Town with his exploits earning a move to Shrivenham in 2021-22 with who he scored 13 times in 24 games in the Hellenic League Premier Division. Although moving back down to County League football, he did appear briefly for Malmesbury Victoria in the Hellenic Premier last season, scoring four goals in ten appearances.

Joining Bassett this season as he gets his first taste of step five football, Williams is a young centre forward who has enjoyed a prolific start to his career. Williams spent the last couple of seasons at Kintbury Rangers and was their leading scorer with 20 goals in 30 games as Rangers won the 2024-25 Wiltshire League Premier Division title. Prior to Kintbury, Williams played at college in the United States. Featuring for the Harford Fighting Owls from 2020 to 2022, he registered 38 goals and 26 assists in 48 appearances. His performances in 2021 led to him being named a Second Team National Junior College Athletics Asociation Division I All-American.

A Bassett youth section graduate and former senior player, Aitkenhead was appointed as Men’s First Team manager in May 2025, taking on his first managerial role. Aitkenhead spent his entire youth career with Bassett, joining as an Under 10, before progressing into senior football with the club, making his debut under Paul Burke in the 2007-08 season when Bassett were in Hellenic League Division One West. He spent most of his career in the Hellenic Premier though, featuring mainly for Shrivenham, Highworth Town - where he was a key part of the team that reached the 2014-15 FA Vase semi finals - and Bassett.

A vastly experienced, UEFA-B licensed coach, Hopkins returns to Bassett this season as Men's First Team coach. As a player, Hopkins featured for - and captained - Bassett in the early 2000s while Pete Yeardley was manager. He also had higher level playing experience with the likes of Nuneaton Borough and Yate Town. As well as previously serving in a coaching role for Bassett, Hopkins managed New College and was assistant manager at Shrivenham during both club's time in the Hellenic League.

Warren joined Bassett’s Men’s First Team coaching staff last season after spending most of the past previous years in charge of the club’s Under 18 Floodlit team. Warren has been with the club for more than a decade, beginning as a manager in Bassett’s youth section. He took over the Under 18 Floodlit team in 2020-21, guiding them to a sixth place finish in the Wiltshire League Floodlit Division. Bassett then achieved consecutive runners-up finishes under Warren’s guidance in 2021-22 and 2022-23. He remained in charge of the team at the start of the 2023-24 campaign, stepping down from his role as manager part way through, though the Under 18s would again finish in second place. During Warren’s tenure, numerous players have made the step up from the Under 18s into Bassett’s Men’s First and Development teams.

Kara is an experienced sports therapist who has been with the club for over a decade and a half, helping Bassett’s Men’s First Team ever since Paul Burke was manager. The daughter of Life Member Roger Williamson, Kara has - and continues to be - a fantastic servant of the club. She possesses a Higher National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Therapy from the University of Plymouth and a BSc in Sports Conditioning and Coaching from Hartpury College. Kara manages and owns KG Sports Massage and Injury Therapy - based at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground. In her spare time, Kara is a keen runner - and completed the 2024 London Marathon.

Hannah is an experienced sports massage therapist and personal trainer who joins Bassett this season. Hannah is currently in her second year at university studying towards a degree in Sports Therapy with a view to then completing a Master’s degree in physiotherapy.

Bringing experience from the professional game, Parsons joins Bassett this season in an analyst role. From 2013 to 2017 Parsons served as Swindon Town's Head of Acdemy Performance Analysis, working primarily with their Under 18 and 21 squads. He then spent five years as Forest Green Rovers' Head of Performance Analysis from 2017 to 2022 before joining Bristol City where he was Lead First Team Performance Analyst for two seasons from 2022 to 2024.
