Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday 16 March at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground.

The meeting will take place in the Paul Harrison Suite in the clubhouse, beginning at 8pm.

The meeting is open to all to attend, and attendance is actively encouraged as it is a chance to shape the future direction of the Sports Association, of which the Football Club is a member alongside the Cricket, Tennis, Running and Pétanque clubs.

The purpose of the Sports Association is to promote the amateur sports of football, cricket, tennis and running in the Royal Wootton Bassett area and encourage community participation in these activities.

Minutes of the previous AGM will be discussed, and officers for the upcoming twelve months will be elected.

A discussion will also be held on potential constitutional changes regarding individual members' rights.

If you wish to be considered for ANY of the Executive Committee positions, please complete a nomination form (available in reception) and leave with Claire Kirkup or email to admin@rwbsa.org.uk by Monday 2 March 2026.

If you have any items that you wish to be included in the Agenda, please notify the Secretary in writing at admin@rwbsa.org.uk by Monday 2 March.
