Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association will be holding a General Meeting on Monday 16 February.

The meeting will take place in the Paul Harrison Suite, starting at 7.30pm.

The meeting is planned to allow members to consider and vote on planned changes to the Sports Association aimed at improving efficiency and accountability.

All members - including football club members - are invited to attend.

The agenda for the meeting is:



1. Declaration of conflicts of interest

2. Background to the proposed changes to the Constitution and governance of the Sports Association

3. Amendments to the Constitution to enable changes to the Association's governance structures

4. Reminder of the Annual General Meeting

5. Any other business

This meeting is in addition to the Annual General Meeting which will be held in March and it is at the AGM that Officers of the new Executive Committee will be elected.
