Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development are aiming to cause an upset against step six Warminster Town on Tuesday night - with Mark Simpkins' side also seeking to reach the Wiltshire Senior Cup semi finals for a second season in a row.
Bassett have home advantage as the teams square off at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground (7.45pm kick off).
Last season saw Bassett shock Calne Town, who were flying high in Western League Division One, at this stage of the competition.
This year's opponents Warminster find themselves in mid table of the same division - and they had a tough contest against Bassett's division rivals Bemerton Heath Harlequins Reserves in the previous round, eventually winning 2-0.
Both teams are hoping to advance another step closer towards a first Senior Cup final appearance in a long while.
Warminster last featured in the showpiece in 2008-09, where they lost to Highworth Town having narrowly beaten Bassett's First Team in the semi finals.
Bassett, meanwhile, last appeared in the Senior Cup final in 2000-01 - a quarter century ago.
Bassett and Warminster do have a long history in the competition, having been the finalists back in 1902-03, a contest Warminster won 3-1 in a replay after an initial 0-0 draw.
Admission on Tuesday is £4 for adults and £2 for concessions (including RWBTFC youth members.
