Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association have been advised of a forthcoming road closure to be in place from Tuesday 22 July to Saturday 12 August which will mean access to the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground site will not be possible from Coped Hall roundabout.

The road closure will be in place due to ongoing works at the Lidl site.

During this period access to the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground will only be possible from the Brinkworth direction.

Those travelling from the town will therefore need to take a diversion via Callow Hill or Hook and Flaxlands.

Although there will be disruption and a longer route to get to the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground site, access will be possible at all times - meaning fixtures, training and club events will not be affected.

Please do allow extra time when making your journey and, if possible for members and visitors living in the town, consider travelling by foot.
