Royal Wootton Bassett Town are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about football to join the club's Men's Development management team, which plays in the Wiltshire Senior League Premier Division, as its third coaching member.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in football management and coaching, while supporting the existing manager and assistant manager in various team-related activities.

While no formal coaching qualifications are required, a desire to learn and develop in the field is essential, as is a willingness to contribute to the success of our club overall.

Responsibilities for the role include:

- Supporting the manager and assistant manager with team selection, training sessions, and match day preparations
- Assisting in planning and setting up training sessions, focusing on skill development, fitness, and tactical strategies
- Contributing to the assessment and improvement of player performance through observation and feedback
- Actively participate in match days, providing support to the coaching staff and playersCollaborating with the management team in creating a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Ensuring availability and commitment to attend training sessions (primarily on Tuesdays) and match days (Saturdays)

For the role the club is seeking somebody with the following attributes:

- Past experience of playing football at a decent level
- Passion for football and a desire to learn and develop in football management and coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with players and coaching staff
- Reliable and committed, willing to dedicate time to attend training sessions and match days regularly
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements of the team
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude towards team development and success
