In addition to completing the club's registration form, it is also necessary for a photo to be attached to players' records on their FA registration. This must be done otherwise the club will be unable to complete the relevant player's registration with either the North Wilts League or Wiltshire County Women's and Girls' League.
Please note this is a separate process from the club's online registration form.
In order to do this, parents and guardians should complete the following steps:
