Important information regarding clubhouse opening for FA Cup fixture

Friday 2nd October 2020

The clubhouse at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground will be open tomorrow. However, those attending Royal Wootton Bassett Town's Emirates FA Cup fixture are advised of the following:

Those entering the clubhouse must follow the restrictions in-place.

If entering the bar area, you must register using the Sports Association's NHS Covid 19 App QR code (separate from that for RWBTFC) or by manually providing your details.

You also must follow the one-way systems in place.

Masks are mandatory while moving around inside. These can be taken off when seated within the bar area.

The bar area can only accommodate the number of people for whom seats are available.

Before the game and at half time a maximum of 88 people can be seated in the bar. This is at tables set out for 4 or 6 people; no chairs or tables should be moved.

After the game, the seated capacity will be reduced to 70.

Table service is in operation in the clubhouse. A takeaway option will be available - however supporters are reminded that it is forbidden to take alcohol through to the stadium pitch.

In order to facilitate the speed of service, those purchasing items from the bar are asked to pay by cash. This is due to only one card machine being available.

Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association and Royal Wootton Bassett Town appreciate your cooperation and understanding on what will be a busier day than usual at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground.
