The product range includes key rings, mugs, metal and slate photo prints, water bottles, Toblerone chocolate bars, money banks, mouse mats and special Christmas gifts.

All of these items can be customised, and for various products it will be possible to include photos.

Examples of the product range are on display in the clubhouse at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground.

How to order

Order forms are available in the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground clubhouse and can be completed at the bar.

One order number is required per item ordered, while a name and contact number should be provided with your order.

Payment

Payment (either the exact amount in cash or cheque) must be made at the time of ordering.

When an order is placed, bar staff will complete a receipt. This can cover multiple orders. It is important that this receipt is kept, as it is required to make collection. As a customer, you will receive a white copy of the receipt, while a yellow copy of the receipt will be retained.

Forwarding photos

For orders that require an image, customers should forward the required image to Ben Jarrett at Cats Solutions.

This email should include the relevant order number. This will be used to ensure the correct photo is attached to the correct item.

All images must have consent to be used. Royal Wootton Bassett Town FC and Cats Solutions will not take responsibility for the use of unapproved photos.

Order processing

Cats will collect order forms every Wednesday from the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground clubhouse.

Items will then be delivered on a Friday between 9.30am and 3pm within the same week.

Collection

Items must be collected from the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground clubhouse.

Collection can only be made by showing a valid receipt.

Once items are collected, the retained yellow copy of the receipt will be marked off by the bar staff.
