Royal Wootton Bassett Town's first team programme was selected as the fourth best in all of non-league football in the 2018-19 Soccer Club Swap Shop Programme Awards.

It marks the fourth year in a row that Bassett's programme, titled 'The Bassett Chronicle' in 2018-19, has been voted in the non-league top ten. It also means the club climbed two places compared to 2017-18.

The three clubs whose programmes were rated better than Bassett's this season – Stockport County, Chelmsford City and Leamington – all were members of either the National League North or South in 2018-19, step two of the non-league pyramid. They were also three of the five sides who ranked higher than Bassett in 2017-18.

Step six side Epsom and Ewell, who ply their trade in the Combined Counties League Division One, rounded out this year's top five.

It is now seven years in a row that the programme, edited by club President Mark Smedley and printed by long-time club sponsor Cats Solutions, has achieved a top twenty finish in the awards – a fantastic achievement.

2013-14 - 19th in non-league, third best in Hellenic League Premier Division

2015-16 – 1st in non-league, Best Programme in Hellenic League Premier Division
2016-17 – 3rd in non-league, Best Programme in Hellenic League Premier Division
2017-18 – 6th in non-league, Best Programme in Hellenic League Premier Division
2018-19 – 4th in non-league, Best Programme in Hellenic League Premier Division
