After the success of Sunday's Under 6s Mini Tournament, more are set to be held in the coming weeks.

Run in conjunction with Advanced Sports Coaching and held on the AGP at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground, the tournaments are being held as a way of giving youngsters their first taste of organised games and to attract potential players for next season's Under 7s team.

They are free for any boys or girls currently in school year one to take part in, while other clubs are also being sought to take part.

Nick also runs the Soccer Skills Academy 'Footy Tots' sessions, which are open to all boys and girls aged 3-6. Run with the intention of feeding the club's future youth teams, sessions currently take place from 5-5.45pm every Monday evening at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground.

They are a great introduction to the game, taking place in a warm, dry environment, and helping develop children's agility, coordination and social skills.
