Bank Holiday Monday sees the inaugural RWBSA Inter Club Challenge Day at the New Gerard Buxton Sports Ground.

Organised by Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association to celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of the new facility, the Challenge Day will pit teams representing the four member clubs - Football, Cricket, Tennis and Running - against each other in a series of sporting challenges.

Running from 10am to 4.30pm, there will also be a bouncy assault course and slide, face painting, raffle and bottle stall, with homemade cakes and burgers and sausages available to buy. The clubhouse bar will be open throughout the day.

The football club are still looking for individuals to come forward to take part in the sporting challenges. There will now be two competitions - adults and under 16s.

Please note dogs are not permitted on site.
