Royal Wootton Bassett Town are inviting applicants for the position of Head of Senior Section.

The voluntary role will see the successful applicant report into the Executive Committee and is an important position in shaping the club's future on the pitch.

The Head of Senior Section will be tasked with developing and implementing the club's senior men's and ladies' football strategy, helping to grow senior football within the club, and working with senior section managers and coaches.

The ideal applicant will have 4-5 years' experience of managing senior football team, good communication skills and the ability to be assertive within a volunteer base.
