Royal Wootton Bassett Town have been awarded £1,000 by Persimmon Homes as part of their Community Champions initiative.
The funds will go towards new training equipment for the club's youth section and help assist the newly launched disability football programme, which runs on Saturday mornings from 10-11am.
Commenting on the award, Chairman Andy Walduck said: "This funding will give our youth section the equipment they so desperately need. It will also assist our newly launched disability football programme, which is run by Jeff Tidy, the club's Development Officer."
"This is a huge boost to everyone involved at the club and we can't thank Persimmon enough."
Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Wessex, said: "Royal Wootton Bassett Town FC is a great community resource and we are very proud to support such a worthy cause."
"We are delighted to be investing in the young people of Swindon and the surrounding areas and on behalf of Persimmon we hope this donation goes some way in helping Royal Wootton Bassett Town FC motivate their young players through sport and exercise."
The Persimmon Community Champions initiative is a national programme where charities and groups can apply for funding up to the value of £1,000 to match money they have already raised themselves. Nationwide, the company will donate a total of £750,000.
