A Youth Section Photo Day has been arranged for Saturday 10th October at the New Gerard Buxton Sports Ground, with AM Photography booked to take individual and team photos of all the club's youth teams.

The photos work in a similar way to school photos. Parents will be sent proofs of the photos with various options. There is no pressure to buy and if they are not wanted, parents can simply return them at no charge.

For any photos that are purchased, payment is sent directly to AM Photography and the club will get 25% of the proceeds.

The photos, which will take place on the main stadium pitch, make great mementos for the players and, as we are in time for Christmas, also great stocking fillers or gifts for family members.

It also means the club has a chance to raise some much needed funds and therefore it is important we maximise the number of teams who get in front of the photographer.

Each team has been designated a 15 minute slot in which the photos will take place.

The schedule has been arranged as follows:

9.00 - Under 12 Yellow
9.15 - Under 7 (still TBC)
9.30 - Under 8 Blue (still TBC)
9.45 - Under 8 Yellow (still TBC)
10.00 - Under 9 Blue (still TBC)
10.15 - Under 9 Yellow (still TBC)
10.30 - Under 10 Blue
10.45 - Under 10 Yellow
11.00 - Under 11 Blue
11.30 - Under 12 Blue
11.45 - Under 13 Yellow
12.00 - Under 13 White (still TBC)
12.45 - Under 15 Blue
13.00 - Under 15 Yellow (still TBC)

Please note this is subject to change. Once expected numbers are known, the schedule will be confirmed. Parents are therefore requested to advise their team's manager as to whether their child will be able to attend.

On the day, parents and players are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their team's allocated slot. Players are expected to wear club issued kit.

The clubhouse will be open for parents to have a drink, while all are welcome to stay for the first team's Wiltshire Senior Cup first round fixture against Ludgershall Sports, which kicks off at 3pm.
