Wootton Bassett Town Football Club are inviting applicants for the positions of Commercial Manager and Head of Senior Section to join the club's volunteer base.

Both roles report into the Executive Committee and are important positions in shaping the club's future on and off the pitch.

Commercial Manager

The role of the Commercial Manager will be to develop and implement the club's Commercial and Marketing strategy to maximise commercial revenues for both senior and youth sections and to create income streams which allows the club to grow.

The ideal applicant will have 4-5 years of commercial / marketing experience, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to direct, mentor and motivate colleagues in the delivery of commercial activities.

Head of Senior Section

The Head of Senior Section will be tasked with developing and implementing the club's senior men's and ladies' football strategy, helping to grow senior football within the club, and working with senior section managers and coaches.

The ideal applicant will have 4-5 years' experience of managing senior football team, good communication skills and the ability to be assertive within a volunteer base.
